Welcome to the colorful side of my personality!
I am Aishwarya (Ash), an Indian product and brand designer with a knack for problem solving, rapid prototyping and storytelling to transform organisations. I thrive at the intersection of business and design, crafting solutions that are not only visually compelling but also strategically sound. As a hybrid thinker, I consider the full ecosystem—users, stakeholders, finance, operations, marketing—while using design as my core lens to create products that are not only desirable, but viable and feasible too. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in Design Strategy at California College of the Arts (CCA), graduating in May 2025.

What I've Done
As a product designer, I collaborated with brands like Unilever, Spotify, Tribune, AirAsia, and Google X’s The Moonshot Factory. As a brand strategist, I built a biotech-based skincare brand named Potion from the ground up and currently, rebranding the DMBA's brand. As an educator I designed and taught a semester-long studio class for junior and senior product design students at ISDI, Parsons Mumbai at Atlas University. Now, I mentor undergraduate and graduate students at CCA’s Learning Resource Center (LRC), helping shape the next wave of design thinkers. Check out my resume to know more!
My superpower = Adapdability
Whether it’s research, facilitation, or design, I shift roles like a chameleon, balancing vision with execution. With sensing unspoken needs in the room, outlasting brainstorm sessions of course with snacks and simplifying the mess without losing the magic - I design for others.
I am a true juggler at heart. At DMBA, I’ve juggled and successfully execulted academics, extra curricular client projeects, event coordination, leading the Career Design Club, rebranding the program, and managing social media—all while being a full-time student. Here's what they had to say:

Academic Performance

Collaboration and Client project during DMBA

Running the Career Design Club at DMBA

Extra curricular Project with SFMTA that went live during DMBA/ Social media/ Education
Beyond work, I am a performer obsessed with creativity 24/7 365
My best friends outside of work are ghungroos, paintbrush, and casio. I started as a classical dancer kathak which stands for storyteller —where I learned storytelling and choreography through rhythm and expression. Painting taught me visual clarity - imagining. As a wellness enthusiat photograph gave me perspective, and arts education nurtured empathy. I’ve always been experimenting, creating, and observing.
